Technology is a huge part of our modern lives. Despite its downfalls, technology can be incredibly helpful in our lives, and the lives of the children that we interact with. The possibilities of learning are endless! From an occupational therapist’s perspective, there are a wide variety of videos available that can encourage movement, motor coordination, calming strategies, and sensory regulation.
